Online Hackathon for Students by Gazprom Neft Snabzheniye and the MSU Science Park for Students of Russian Universities
From February 25 to March 1, 2021
Students Hack is an online hackathon by Gazprom Neft Snabzheniye and the MSU Science Park for students of Russian universities held on Codenrock Platform.

Summary:

The hackathon was organized by Gazprom Neft's Procurement and Logistics Department. One of the priorities for the department is to develop and implement innovations in order to improve the efficiency of supply chain management. Thanks to the P&L team, Gazprom Neft introduces into its operations smart warehouses, unmanned trucks and helicopters, digital services for one-click purchasing, and other innovative solutions.

Main objectives:

During the Students Hack, participants were assigned to play the role of Gazprom Neft employees and to develop a supply strategy for one of the company's license areas.
Target audience: final year Bachelor’s students, 1st/2nd year Master’s students, post-graduate students with majors in Economics, Science, Engineering and innovative majors.
Location: the Russian Federation, online.
In addition to the allocated time for solution development, the hackathon program included a series of lectures and master classes by Gazprom Neft employees.

For this event we developed a customized hackathon website and fully prepared the platform where the participants could match into teams, network, make calls and communicate with other participants and experts. Also, we successfully conducted advertising & PR campaigns.
